Chinese-Honey-Chicken

* ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 3/4 c cornstarch
  • 1/3 c water
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1 inch thin pieces
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp sweetened condensed milk

* Methods :

  • In bowl, add the egg whites and beat until frothy (12 minutes) before whisking in the cornstarch and water until combined and the chicken is folded in end.
  • Heat three inches of oil on the heat of average obstacles (up to 350 degrees) in a large saucepan.
  • And add chicken pieces to 2 batches to golden brown, for 23 min per batch.
  • In a large bowl, blend mayonnaise, honey, & sweetened condensed milk, & adding fried chicken just before serving.
